Substitution Policy
To guarantee the freshest bouquet possible, we may replace some stems in your arrangement for color or flower variety. While we always do the best to match the picture shown, sometimes different vases may be used. Any substitution made will be similar to the original design and be of equal or greater value.
Floral and Plant Substitutions
For bouquets and plants of one variety, such as roses or orchids, we focus on matching the floral type but may substitute for different colors.
•5x5 clear glass cylinder or cube, leaf-lined. •Do not use a fluted vase. •A mixed, garden-style arrangement using multi-colored blooms. •Sample varietals include: Garden Roses, Pink Floyd Roses, Ranunculus, Spray Roses, Phalaenopsis Orchids, Hybrid Delphinium, Clematis, Muscari, Trachelium, Camellia. •NO carnations, lilies, alstro, or daisies. •Accented with greenery for a whimsical look. •Overall arrangement should be 10x10. ** Please use most appropriate substitutions when needed, always maintaining the overall style and/or color of the arrangement. Subs must be of equal or higher value.
